No start. Missing parts. Pending further inspection. 

Front windshield is cracked. Engine hours 10,063 / Idle hours 7,221. Missing parts. Multiple dashboard panels are removed. Headliner has a big cutout from emergency equipment removal. Rear seat is plastic. This was a full Police unit. All emergency equipment has been removed. All 4 doors appear to have been painted by roller with a thick coat of black paint. Missing passenger side headlight. Roof shows a couple of tiny rust spots. Front bumper is loose. Body is straight. Minor dents and scratches all around. Rear bumper is torn. Drivers side rear quarter panel is dented. Mechanical condition is unknown. Does nothing. Missing negative battery terminal. This one must be towed out of the city lot.
