Transmission Issues! TCM Transmission Control Module appears to be bad. Shifter Indicator Module replaced and still the same problem. The vehicle was fine until it got decommissioned, possibly wire has been cut by mistake upon removing Police electronics. Actual problem unknown, but was operational until the other day. No transmission repair orders in records. Will be Sold As-Is regardless of what the problem may be. 
Straight body, good paint, minor scratches, nice rims and tires, nice step boards, dark tints, has wind deflectors, new spare, tires look great, rear bumper corner pushed in, drivers side rear quarter panel dented, drivers side rear tail lamp hairline cracks, search light removed, drivers seat torn, center console included with armrest, dash cracked, rubber floor covering, American Aluminum K-9 cage in place with exhaust fan and a/c ducts into the cage. Lots of dog hair everywhere. Smells like a dog inside. Passenger seat looks good, am/fm CD player knob shows wear. Check engine light is on, traction light is on, tire pressure light is on, engine sounds great, transmission will not shift into gear unless a ground is manually applied and once ground is applied it will only drive in 2nd gear. It is very highly recommended that it be towed to a pan Auto Electrician or Mechanic. Steering wheel is good, headliner is torn in the front. Look at pictures and video.
