City of Miami Beach Surplus Auction 9/26/2023 Closed (#1756848)

Appears to have a bad alternator. Check charging system light is on. Battery is dead. When I connect my jump box the car starts right up but the second I disconnect my jump box the car shuts off. This one should be towed out of the city lot. Motor sounds good and transmission Engages. AC blows cold. Body has damage on both passenger side doors. Lower plastic trim is missing. Minor dents and scratches all around.  This was a full Police unit. All emergency equipment has been removed. All 4 doors appear to have been painted by roller with a thick coat of black paint to comply with Florida's No Distinctive Color Scheme Law. Roof and drivers side pillar have holes from Spot light and light bar removal. Interior may have screw holes from emergency equipment removal. 4 matching steel wheels. Tires look fair. Interior shows normal wear and tear. Drivers seat is worn and torn. Headliner is missing rear plastic trim. Metal center console is included. Rear seat is plastic. Looks dirty inside. Lots of beach sand.  Will need a good cleaning inside. AC blows cold. Motor sounds good. I kept it running for about 30 minutes. Did not overheat. Automatic transmission engages. Appears to have a bad alternator. Please look at all pictures and video.
